Currently, we offer the ability to purchase ETC and BTC via our platform. While we plan to expand our offerings, those are the only cryptocurrencies available at the moment.

You can set up a secure wallet for ETC or BTC using an HD (hierarchical deterministic) wallet that supports multiple platforms.

If you don’t find the confirmation email in your inbox or spam folder, please reach out to our support team. In rare instances, it may end up in your spam folder, so be sure to check there.

We accept payments via credit and debit cards from VISA, Mastercard, VISA Electron, and Maestro. Please ensure your card is authorized for international transactions.

To complete a card transaction, our system requires the card number (16 digits), expiration date (MM/YY), CVV/CVC code, cardholder's name, billing address, postal code, city, country, and your phone number.

Once you've passed the KYC verification, we’ll initiate the transfer of your purchased ETC or BTC to your wallet. The time frame for this depends on how quickly the transaction receives three confirmations on the blockchain.

Complete Account Verification:
- Ensure your account is fully verified by completing the KYC (Know Your Customer) process.
Log In:
- Access your account by logging in with your credentials.
Navigate to the Selling Section:
- Go to the "Sell Crypto" section on the platform.
Select Cryptocurrency and Amount:
- Choose the specific cryptocurrency you wish to sell and enter the amount you want to sell.
Review Market Rate:
- Check the market rate offered for your selected cryptocurrency and ensure you are satisfied with the price.
Confirm the Transaction:
- Once you've reviewed all details, confirm the transaction to proceed with the sale.
Funds Credited:
- After confirmation, the sale will be processed, and the funds will be credited to your account balance.

To provide your payment details when initiating a sale, follow these steps:
- When you start the sale process, you will be prompted to enter the bank account or payment method details for receiving the funds.
- You can add or update these details in the specified field during the sale process.
- Make sure to verify the information before finalizing the transaction

You have a 72-hour window to complete the KYC verification process.

As a regulated payment processor, we follow "Know Your Customer" (KYC) and "Anti-Money Laundering" (AML) laws. This extra verification step helps us comply with these legal requirements.

You’ll need to upload both proof of identity and proof of address. For identification, take a selfie holding a government-issued ID (front and back), like a passport or driver’s license. For proof of address, you can submit a bank statement, utility bill, or similar document that is no more than six months old, showing your name, address, and issue date. Ensure the document is fully visible. Files should be in .jpg, .png, or .pdf format, with a size over 500 KB and a resolution of at least 300 dpi.
