Since we do not mine cryptocurrency and simply facilitate purchases for you, GST will not be applied when you buy cryptocurrency through our services. However, you will be responsible for any GST that may apply to the platform's service commission.

These requirements apply specifically to the purchase of cryptocurrencies through our platform, where we act solely as an intermediary.

Account Usage & Registration

Registration Process

To access Blairwolfera s.r.o Services, you must create a User Account by providing your email address, setting a password, confirming that you are at least 18 years old, and agreeing to these Terms and Conditions. By registering, you agree to use our Services solely for your own benefit, unless you have prior written consent to act on behalf of someone else. You are fully responsible for all actions taken under your User Account. We reserve the right to refuse registration, limit the number of accounts you hold, suspend or cancel accounts, or restrict cryptocurrency trading at our sole discretion.

Third-Party Access

If you authorize a third party to access your User Account, whether through their services or via the website, you remain responsible for any actions they take. You agree that such third-party activity is deemed to be approved by you, and you assume full accountability for their conduct. You also agree not to hold Blairwolfera s.r.o liable for any actions or inactions taken by third parties accessing your account and will indemnify Blairwolfera s.r.o from any resulting liability.

Further verification may be required before allowing transactions that exceed specified limits. You can request higher limits by undergoing Enhanced Due Diligence. However, approval of increased limits is not guaranteed and may incur additional fees.

Purchase Process

By submitting a purchase request on our platform, you request our Services. The total cost, including Commission, will be confirmed. After submitting an Order, you will receive confirmation of the cryptocurrency quantity and price. The cryptocurrency is held in escrow until confirmed. Transactions are not immediate, and a transaction ID will be issued for reference. Blairwolfera s.r.o reserves the right to block transactions if payment or verification is incomplete. Payments made with third-party data or using a VPN/TOR are prohibited.

Upon successful payment, cryptocurrency is transferred to your wallet. In case of any system delays, we will process refunds promptly, with potential delays due to banking systems.

Selling Process

Users may sell cryptocurrency directly to the platform at current market rates. Once confirmed, transactions are final and irreversible. Price fluctuations due to market volatility are the user’s responsibility. After the sale is processed, the corresponding fiat amount will be credited to the user's account and can be withdrawn according to platform policies. Users are responsible for any tax obligations. By selling cryptocurrency, users confirm they have full legal rights to the assets and that no laws are being violated. The platform may refuse transactions at its discretion for compliance or risk management reasons.

Transferring Cryptocurrency to External Wallets

Users may link one external wallet per cryptocurrency. Each wallet can be associated with up to three banking cards, and only the card owner may use the wallet for cryptocurrency purchases. If suspicious activity is detected, we may block transactions and request additional verification.

Service Execution

Upon receiving your purchase request, the system executes the Order. Due to blockchain limitations, transactions may take up to 24 hours to complete.

Payment and Payout Methods

Payment options such as credit cards, debit cards, or bank transfers are available. In case of failed payments, Blairwolfera s.r.o may cancel orders or deduct funds from other linked payment methods. You are responsible for maintaining adequate funds or credit limits.

Exchange Services

Blairwolfera s.r.o does not mine cryptocurrency but acquires it on your behalf through its partnerships with exchanges. We determine the price of cryptocurrency based on the average exchange rate at the time of purchase. If the currency becomes more expensive than originally agreed, we cover the difference; if it becomes cheaper, we retain the excess.

Commission Fees

In addition to the Order price, you will be charged a Commission, which will be disclosed before completing your Order. The Commission includes GST and will be itemized in your final bill. The commission is automatically deducted from each cryptocurrency sale for fiat currency on the platform.

User Data

Before completing an Order, you must verify your identity. Your personal information is securely stored and used only for identification purposes. Access is limited to authorized individuals, except where permitted by law. For more information, refer to our Privacy Policy.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any illegal, fraudulent, or malicious activities that violate local or international laws, including but not limited to unauthorized access, harassment, and providing false information. Attempts to deceive Blairwolfera s.r.o or misuse the platform may result in immediate suspension of your User Account.

Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property on the Blairwolfera s.r.o platform, including content, images, and design elements, belongs to Blairwolfera s.r.o You may not reproduce, republish, sell, or otherwise use this content without prior written consent.

Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your User Account at any time for reasons including legal obligations, suspected fraud, or violation of our Terms and Conditions. You will be notified of the suspension or closure and the reasons, unless prohibited by law. After termination, you will have 10 days to transfer any cryptocurrency from your account, after which you will no longer have access to Blairwolfera s.r.o Services.

If a dispute arises, Blairwolfera s.r.o will contact you via the email provided on the platform. Be cautious of phishing scams and verify email addresses carefully. Complaints will be resolved within 30 working days.

Final Provisions

Upon termination of this Agreement, you will have 10 days to transfer your cryptocurrency, unless otherwise restricted by law. You must complete any identity verification processes if required. There are no fees for canceling your account, but you must settle any outstanding balances.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us, our affiliates, service providers, and their respective officers, directors, agents, employees, and representatives, harmless from any costs (including legal fees and any fines, fees, or penalties imposed by any regulatory body) arising from claims, demands, or damages related to your breach of this Agreement, our enforcement of it, or your violation of the law.

Additionally, you agree that neither the Blairwolfera s.r.o nor its affiliates, service providers, or their officers, directors, agents, joint venturers, employees, or representatives will be responsible for any claims or damages, whether actual, consequential, direct, or indirect, that arise from disputes you may have with other users of the Blairwolfera s.r.o’s services.

Limitation of Liability

The Blairwolfera s.r.o's total liability to you for any claim or connected claims arising out of or in connection with this Agreement will be limited to the amount of commission applicable to the transaction in question. This liability will also be capped at the purchase amount for the specific transaction if it pertains to that transaction. Any legal obligation to use reasonable care in providing Blairwolfera s.r.o Services is subject to this limitation.

This Agreement does not limit our liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, gross negligence, or intentional misconduct. We are only responsible for the matters outlined in this Agreement and are not liable for any losses outside its scope, including but not limited to:

Incorrect account information provided by you during payment.
Your failure to fund your account or delays caused by your bank.
Issues with managing your digital wallet.

Compliance with Local Law

If the law in your country prohibits the exclusion of certain provisions, they cannot be excluded. If the law allows for some limitation of liability, our liability will be restricted to the fullest extent permitted. We will amend or limit any provision found to be in conflict with local law, without affecting the validity of the remaining sections of the Agreement.

Validity of the Agreement

Any conflict between a term of this Agreement and local law or a term being deemed invalid will not affect the enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Non-Waiver of Rights

If we fail to properly address a breach by you or another party, it does not prevent us from addressing similar or future breaches appropriately.

Entire Agreement

Entirety of Agreement

This Agreement supersedes all prior discussions and agreements between you and the Blairwolfera s.r.o regarding the use of our services.

Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

Language

All notices or information under this Agreement must be provided in English. Any translations of this Agreement or related documents are for your convenience only, and the English version will prevail in case of any conflict.

Mergers & Acquisitions

If theBlairwolfera s.r.o undergoes a merger, acquisition, or other change of control, the information we have about you and our relationship with you may be transferred or assigned as part of that transaction.

Survival of Terms

Any provisions in this Agreement that by their nature should continue after termination, such as those related to account suspension, debts owed, disputes, and general website use, will remain in effect.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Czechia, and both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts in the Czechia.

Restricted Regions

Residents of the following countries are not eligible for our services: Bangladesh, Bolivia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Central African Republic, China, Congo, Cuba, Ecuador, Ethiopia, Iceland, Indonesia, Iran, Japan, Kuwait, Kyrgyzstan, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Martinique, Myanmar, Nepal, Nigeria, North Korea, Pakistan, Palau, Palestine (State of), Philippines, Russian Federation, Somalia, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Syrian Arab Republic, Trinidad and Tobago, Tunisia, Uganda, United States, Vanuatu, Venezuela, Yemen, Zimbabwe.

We do not promote or market our services to clients outside the European Union and do not engage in marketing activities targeting non-EU consumers.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

All transactions made on the Blairwolfera s.r.o platform are final, as per the nature of the cryptocurrency markets. Please refer to the following Refund/Cancellation Policy:

Refunds are available for unsuccessful transactions due to our errors or technical issues, within 14 days of the transaction, in line with EU regulations.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
No refunds will be provided for cryptocurrency exchanged through our platform.

In cases where the dispute remains unresolved between you and the Blairwolfera s.r.o, the matter may be escalated to legal authorities for arbitration. Resolution will be conducted in line with the arbitration laws of the Czechia, with the Blairwolfera s.r.o’s liability being limited as outlined in the "Laws Limiting Liability" section of the Terms of Use.
*Fraudulent or Unlawful Activity: If your dispute involves claims of fraudulent or unlawful activity, the Blairwolfera s.r.o reserves the right to escalate the matter to law enforcement agencies and fully cooperate in any resulting investigation.
